The only manufacturer of Suvaril is Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, the company responsible for the male-enhancement drug Enzyte. Berkely Premium is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The AMA has complained about Berkeley's use of medicinal and official prescription-sounding names for their over-the-counter, herbal products. Some other Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals products include: Altovis, Avlimil Complete, Dromias, Numovil, Pinadol, Prulato, Rogisin, Rovicid, Nuproxi, and Rudolfil. On August 6, 2004, Berkely Premium released a report claiming that Suvaril is its most popular, highest selling brand (http://www.berkeleypremiumnutraceuticals.com/). On March 17, 2005, a Cincinnati newspaper reported that federal agents raided local offices of Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals in order to investigate allegations of mail fraud. Berkeley's "Auto Ship" feature has apparently been reported to the Better Business Bureau more than four thousand times in the past three years. Berkely Premium Nutraceuticals was founded in 2001 by Steve Warshak, who is currently the company's CEO. The company first made its name with the commercials for the male-enhancement drug Enzyte, whose commercials featured the entertaining character called "Smiling Bob." Berkeley Premium offers twelve supplements, each of which is designed to treat a different one of the following twelve health issues: Sexual health, fatigue, ocular health, cardiovascular health, prostate health, sleeplessness, joint health, memory loss, weight loss, skin health, and menopause.
